Fight

Lately we have a cold war between me and DH. He did something that make me feel so sad and incompetence. Sometimes it's not easy to be a good wife and a good mother. With Jun Hong around, it definately has change the relationship among us. Just hope that we can keep the sparks going on.

Sick

After a hectic weekend ( wedding reception on Saturday morning, dinner at night, Sunday go back to Po-Po house).

Dinner at Garden Hotel ballroom. It finished around 11.30pm. Jun Hong was very hyper active at that time.

Jun Hong seems abit cranky on Sunday and Monday night. On Monday morning, when I'm having my induction, hubby smsed me and told me that Jun Hong had slight fever. MIL will continue to monitor him.

When I reached home, maid told us that he had some diarrhoea too. I'm quite worried that it will happen again like last time. But luckily he did not had any diarrhoea only did not sleep well at night.

Being a working mum is really not easy. With the new job, I need to be alert and vigiliant during day time while at night I don't really able to sleep well. Not even saying I want to go for jogging. No matter what, when I heard Jun Hong's laugh and seeing him happily running around, all the tiredness and sleep bug will fly away. And i tell myself: "It's worth it!"

New job

Yesterday was my first day as senior product manager in SSL Healthcare. The work start slightly earlier so I have to get ready by 7.30 and leave home. Though the journey to work is short but due to the jam, it's better I start leave home early.

Nevertheless, Jun Hong seems to not coorperating with me for the last two days. 1st night I tried to put him sleep in his cot. He kept crying and wanted to sleep with us. The 2nd night due to his slight fever, I allow him to sleep on our bed. But I didn't have good night sleep neither. He tossed and turned and even woke up at 5am and 'talk' to us . Yawn.... and by 6am he has fallen asleep again. Feel like being a stayed home mum

Car brochures

Whenever we travel in car, we will make sure Jun Hong stayed in his car seat throughout the whole journey. Sometime he will feel bored and wanted to get out to look at the cars around. So I always get ready few things in the list to keep him entertain.

Top of the list would be my iPhone which he love to watch those videos that I shot on him, Money girl and events that he has been through (lion dance in a wedding reception, live band playing music and interaction with his friends). Sometimes I will sing songs and play some fingers actions with him. Other days I will let him play with his yellow car.

When we travel to Cameroon Highlands, due to the long journey, all my things already used to entertain him. So I spotted some car brochures in daddy's car. I took out one and start to let him look at it. Jun Hong is really a baby who loves car. So he enjoys reading those cars brochures especially those with things that he is familiar like ball, dog were spotted in the brochures.



So now whenever we travel, he would ask for a copy of the car brochures and 'read' through them.

Holding milk bottle

Feeding Jun Hong milk or porridge is always a challenge for us. He always seems to have no appertite for food. So we always have to 'tam' him to eat his food.

Every night he needs to finish his milk then only will go to dreamland. If he keeps refusing, he will toss and turn and can't fall asleep. Last time feeding his night milk is quite fast. By 930pm he will fall asleep. But recently he can even drag until 10 to 11 pm then only manage to finish his milk and goes to sleep. After our Cameroon trip, we decided to put in more discipline to Jun Hong. So if he don't want the milk, he has to wait until next meal. We have not fully implement this rules yet but so far he has been quite coorperative. For the past two night, he finishes his milk and he even hold his own milk bottle.

Just hope that he can keep it up. 加油！

Last day

Yesterday was my last day of work in SCA Hygiene Marketing Sdn Bhd. The CDD and local marketing team organized a farewell for me at Pantai Seafood Restaurant. We really had a good time, jokes laughs good food! Shed some tears when gave my farewell speech, I address my thanks one by one.

Thanks fellow ex-colleagues (Suz,Lai, Lee, Ian, Michelle, Soo Shien, Krystle, Wai Kuang and Leonard). I will miss u guys. Keep in touch :-)




悄悄的我走了，不带走一片云彩，只带走许多美好的回忆。

Busy

Recently quite busy with shopping for new house. We decided to get a bigger and more strategic location house for future (more kids and school). We did look around for houses in USJ Height, old houses in USJ 2, 3, 5, 9, SS11 and SS19. For new houses in USJ Height, it costs about RM808k and only limited unit available. Furthermore the direction does not suits Choong Kin, so we ended up looking for old houses in USJ or Subang area.

After all the ding donging, finally we have paid 3% for a house in USJ4. now processing loan and start to look for ID idea for the house. The owner, Mr Moh has purchased a bungalow which takes time to renovate. So by the time they move out and we start the renovation, it should be year end. Really can't wait to move in to this new house. I want a room specially for Jun Hong with lots of montessori toys for him.

With the house, money will be more tight but it's a good way to force saving.
